Bill published The Journal of the North American Shortwave Association and The Lowdown for the Long Wave Club of America. He had taught computer classes at Bristol Township Senior Center. Even though many stations have closed down over the years, short wave listening is still a fascinating hobby. This book might have something to offer to listeners in the computer age (it was published inso even that's long ago), but it seemed to just eliminate all of the SWL lore about antennas and propagation that I found so useful in the Third Edition by Bennett, Helms, and Hardy/5(11).
